I felt very bad that I couldn't work out for the entire week two weeks ago. Though I knew this is the reason that I couldn't lose any weight, I still thought (dreamed) a lot what could've happened if I continued to work out. Thanks to some of you who extended your caring to me.
In the past week, I tried to catch up a little bit workout more than what I typically do. I felt that I made a correct decision during the week that I was sick, I took enough time to rest (Thanks Tina and others who emphasized about safety). And I could gradually re-pick up those I left and at where I stopped two weeks ago.
There is a Chinese saying -- rest is for the long-term journey. Same for the life style and exercise habit we learn in this program.
