Last Friday, instead of choosing any machine, I decided to walk/jog/run. I did it! I could finish 5K in less than an hour. I felt very encouraged.
I also completed the 100-floor challenge in 28 minutes!
These really brought a new page of my life -- I'm stronger and can persist of moving!
