I'm anxiously looking forward to tonight's weigh-in. Last week was not a great one for me, and I'm really hoping that Rick's rule of a combined two weeks is true for me today. I've been putting in the work, but it's totally possible I have just hit the point where my body is slowing down. I may just need to readjust my expectations from the beginning of BMSW.
The cold was something new to the Smallest Winner with us last year. The regular season goes into the summer so it is hot and they don't notice, but we noticed that after losing so much we were cold as the weather got colder. We figured out we had lost some of our insulation as we lost the fat.
ReplyDeleteAs far as your weight loss if you have slowed down you may also want to talk with Bev or Stephanie. I remember with me about this time they had me increase my daily calories because my body was becoming more efficient and so the calories I was doing my body thought it was starving and started storing the calories instead of burning them. Talk with them to see if they think that might be going on with you.
I felt cold often ... I took to wearing a light jacket even when the weather was such that nobody else was wearing one. The phenomenon slowly subsided as I settled into my target weight. I rarely notice it any more.
