Yes, a little disappointed after the weigh-in. However, I am down 10 pounds from the start. Celebrating that I have not been this weight in a few years. My goal for the next weigh in is to break through into "onederland" Getting under 200 has been a goal for several years. I would get close but never quite hit it. Not sure if it was a mental block or boredom with whatever "diet program" I was on at the time.
Does anyone else's legs feel wobbly? Rick asked me today if I was walking in pain. I don't feel pain in my legs, they just feel a little unstable.
You're so close to "onederland" Tina! Thias and I are right there with you within striking distance of a great milestone.

DeleteYes, that would be epic!!! Onederland is just around the corner and such a cause for celebration!! Now you just have to figure out how to celebrate it when it comes!
ReplyDeleteMaybe something that will help you continue strong on this journey...besides blogging, facebooking, letting all your support people know....maybe it would be a good time to treat yourself with new workout clothes, or gadget to help you... everything that gets you excited and encouraged is helpful!
