I see what you're doing there...

Perhaps, you thought that if we 'partied' on the stairs long enough or sat on the wall for long enough, we wouldn't notice that we were running more. Well, it worked! I actually welcomed jogging down the floor after partying on the stairs with Tina. That is one activity that I love to hate. It really lets me know that I have done some work. Drew Bercot told me that he loves them, too, because they are one of the best exercises for burning through some calories. And the best news is that we get to do them tomorrow at our challenge! Ten laps on the stairs! Woo hoo!! Party On, BMSW2.

    You crack me up! The funny thing is I actually prefer the wall sits to all the rest!
    Party trains are definitely a big deal!

  2. Marilyn I knew you and knew you would do great in this program. As with everything else your great sense of humor is coming through which helps keep you going. Just look forward to new things that will cause you look fondly for the times you did party trains and wall sits. You will be amazed with how many things your body will get accomplished.
