Good to be back

Morning BMSW...Feels so good to be back. The walls at home was closing in and I missed working out with the team at Speice.  Rick introduced me to Jacob's Ladder yesterday and at first I thought..Okay we can do this..Yeah after a minute I could feel the heart and my breathing increased..OMW...My mind was thinking Dick Dickerman works out on this for 45  minutes..WOW

  1. That 45 minutes has been a long time in the making. It was by increasing a few minutes every week and working myself up to it. Jacob is a very stubborn person. You have to be patient and build up your endurance with him.
