Before BMSW started I was able to go out and jog two miles, but my pace would be something like 12 Min/Mile. I know I'm capable of running longer distances now, but I really want to focus on getting my times down. This morning I set a goal of running a 5K with a faster pace than I ran on my 1st timed mile (9:14). The annual MedPro 5K is coming up and I need to show them that Brotherhood has been training me right! :) 
Next week I'll be in the 8's!
I've got my work cut out for me. You're definitely faster than me. Good thing we aren't racing against each other. Great job.
