Sore Legs
Oh my ... are my legs aching! The trainers had told us to let them know if we have any pain. They do not want us pushing through the pain, because it could be a sign of an injury. So this morning before our workout I did just that. I talked to EJ. He told me what I am experiencing is normal. So I began working out. We were introduced to a couple of new exercises, as well as, repeating most of the ones we did on Tuesday. It was another great workout.

It is good that you talked with EJ. They want to know to help you know whether the pain is something you need to deal with or not. You now have an idea of how the next 11 weeks will go, EJ will be going over things you have done and gradually add new things. You can do this.
