I was totally surprised this morning with the way my muscles was reacting to yesterdays work-out.  I was expecting to be feel pain in my legs, back from the work-out, but was feeling pretty good. I was ready to start my Friday with a walk on the track and appreciated Debra Burlison walking with me. After my 30 minute walk, I tried the Elliptical..Yeah, that last a good 5 minutes and realized that I need to easy into this piece of equipment. The bike was more my speed. I can't say it enough how I appreciate being apart of BMSW.  Appreciate you all and thank you so much for helping me yesterday with the workouts.  YOUR AWESOME!!!

Everyone in the program is here to help you be a success. The machines do take time to adjust to as they work muscles in ways that you are not use to. What I ended up doing was setting up goals for a week as to how long I wanted to be able to do a machine by Friday and then gradually build up to it each afternoon I came to work out on my own. You will eventually get the machines down for yourself.
