I could not believe how much sugar I ate.....

I always told my doctors, wellness coach, family and friends that I don't drink pop or eat sweets that often, my high glucose level is probably caused by my high intake of rice or noodle. Thanks for Frank's tip -- yesterday, I logged in what I planned to eat before I ate. I thought it should be safe to eat one banana as an afternoon snack. To my surprise, after I added a banana to myfitnesspal, the sugar level went over and gave me a red warning! This scared me. I decided not to eat it and was wondering what I can eat to get enough calories for the day. I ended up eating raw broccoli, carrots, celeries and tomatoes at a church seminar. Thank God that He knows what I need and didn't give me too much temptation :-) .

  2. I didn't log before I ate today and fell out of range (again) -- fruits really have a lot of sugar :-(

  3. I figured that out too by using my fitness pal. I was eating things that I thought would be healthy and is amazing when you get to see it all broken down for you. It is definitely going to be a great learning experience for me.
