As the end comes near I am getting a little nervous. Even though I have a great support system in my husband it is still up to me to do the work. I do not want to fall back into the same pattern that I was in before starting the program.   I do think the first couple of weeks after the program ends will be a test period for me to find a good route that works for me. I am not a morning person and getting up at 4:15 has been hard.

  1. I agree the mornings haven't been easy. However, I have noticed that getting it done early insures that I get it done. I can't believe we are in the last week...

  2. It helps me immensely to get the workout first thing in the morning. If I don't something else might get in the way. And besides I feel good and proud about my workout all day!
I find on my rest days, I feel more sleepy than the days I got up and got an early workout in, and I am in a better mood too. (not to say its easy, every morning, I put my gym bag in the car and think, THIS IS TOO HARD!!)...but later, I feel good about it!
It is a great idea to construct a plan now, before the plan ends. And to know your plan the day before at the latest for each day.
