Another MILE-stone

If you followed my blog, you probably remember I could run only 1 minute without stopping at the beginning of the program. As I worked out / ran more, I could do 2 minutes, and then 3 minutes, etc. Before I went to my trip last week, I could run 8 minutes without stopping. Today, during the 1 mile run, I told myself, I'll do slow but I'd like to try and see whether I can run 1 mile without stopping. I did it! During the run, there were many times I'd like to stop. Instead of fully stop, I decided to slow down and catch my breath a little bit. Wow, I feel so good that I reached another mile(stone).
