Man, my body is definitely feeling new soreness this week.
It is kinda a wonderful feeling! I love knowing that my body is working hard.
It is so cool to see how we are all pushing harder and able to do more. 
I was able to do the 100 floor challenge on the stair
machine twice this week. It took so much effort, but I know it was worth it!
The first time this week my time was 22:07 and the second time I pushed to get
it under 20 minutes and did it! I only made it under by a little bit, but I did it!  My time
was something like 19:50 or 19:52…(my arms were so wobbly all the pics came out
pretty blurry).  I had another new experience
while doing the stair machine the second time around….sweat dripping from my elbow…who knew that
could be a thing (seriously, so GROSS)! 
Anyways, I can’t wait to see what happens in the last 4
weeks! 
 
 
Haha! I always drip from the elbows when I am on the stair stepper! So does Frank.
