Wow...those party trains are hard.

Each workout has had some unique qualities and today we had a couple new additions today. Tina introduced us to her party train. Party trains are climbing the stair case, up and down = 1 rep. We did two sets of five flights. I was really winded after the first 3, but knew I had to keep moving. After the first set, Tina helped me get my breath back with some deep breathing and then it was off to E.J. to continue on.

It was a non stop workout with a second set of party trains. I tried to control my breath a little more that time. This was the first workout that I left feeling nauseous. I was a little concerned, but knew that it was just from working hard. I feel better now after a couple of hours and feeling a little sore and wobbly in my legs. I don't remember pushing myself this hard before BMSW. When Rick said to trust them, that if you follow the program you will see the results. I knew this in my head, but now it is starting to be more real to me. Even though I feel weak and wobbly after the workouts, I love how much stronger I feel and the numbers reflected on the scale. The last couple of days when I have been doing a walk I feel like I am walking straighter with better posture. WooHoo!

  1. Yes things are getting harder, but you are accomplishing them. You were doing good with the party trains on your own Friday (as I was doing my 4 miles I was watching how you were doing). You are strong and will get stronger as the program continues on its way. Wait until you start doing the sleds, then watch out Ron if you get in Tina's way she will just push you to where she wants to go.
