Small steps still gratifying

I love putting my latest weight in MyFitnessPal. They have a really nice line graph that displays a lovely downward trend on it for my weight. I also noticed there is a place to put your measurements in there for neck, waist, hips (what? nobody is interested in their chest measurement?) and I think I'm going to enter those, too.

  1. Absolutely, logging your new weight, is another reminder to celebrate your success on your journey!
Frank and I always got a kick of getting on a machine and needing to put in a lower weight too!
I did not do the measurements while was losing weight, and I sure wish I did! I only know how much my bra size has changed, it would be great to know the inches lost too!

  2. It is so great to keep track of all the different ways you are changing. There are so many ways to see how you are improving and keeping track of them helps you see how much you have accomplished. It is a great idea taking advantage of what the tool has to offer. If you can find other things to keep track of that might help you as well. With me it is just noticing how much further I can go down on the one legged forward bend stretch. I have never been good at them because I am so tight but noticing that I am going down further helps me see that I am approving.
