First day of walking the track without the boot. Went around the track twice then my foot told me that was enough so went to the bike and did 40 minutes . It has been a good week for me. I went in my closet and found 4 pairs of pants that I was going to give away because there were to small. I tried them on and now they fit. Yah Got a notification from the hospital that my blood test results were ready and I could view them and found my A1C level was 7.0. Just two months ago it was 9.0. My doctor is going to be happy. I have one more point to go and I will be right were they want you to be. 6.0 here I come.
