Oh Help the last couple of days have been a struggle for me. I am not a morning person and I have never eating breakfast before.  I keep telling myself this will get easier and I can do this. Thank goodness for my husband and his support.

  7. It does become a great habit. I feel OFF if I don't get a morning workout in. The whole journey is hard! It is true! Not gonna sugar coat it. It is hard!You just keep plugging thru. It is worth it. You are worth it!
