I thought I ate a lot this morning before the workout. But I started to feel hungry when I got in the office and now I'm hungry again. Typically, I have a late (or irregular) lunch schedule. Is this normal?

  1. I know for me I would eat a breakfast and then something after workout to recover, but that was me and what they had me do. My advice for you would be to ask one of the nutritionist about it. It could be they will change what you are eating before hand or they may suggest the plan I was on, but it needs to be what works best for you and that is what they are here to help you determine.

  2. I have had to split my breakfast or make sure I have a snack just after workout. I have a little problem with sugar, so even with a fruit I have to make sure I get some protein in. This morning I was hungry too! Maybe we burnt too many calories. :)

  3. I have also been splitting my breakfast up before/after workout. I've tried to have a carb/protein before and then usually fruit after. I've found in this last week I am either REALLY hungry or not hungry at all. For as long as I can remember if I eat cereal for breakfast I feel like I am starving all day.

  4. I eat before and after workouts most of the time in the morning. Talk or email nutritionists...
