Balance

I really love our workouts. It might hurt while doing it, but I feel so good afterwards. Week #2 is almost over and I hope I have lost some weight. I am trusting the team of nutritionists and trainers and increased my calorie intake on their advice. I hope I can find the right balance between working out and nutrition.

  1. You are doing so great, you are even taking on CeCe's workout in good form. Glad to see all that you are doing. You have the right attitude to trust the experts and do what they say. Sometimes it doesn't make sense to us, but every time the results prove they know what they are talking about. The other thing that is true about them (which is why Rick and Tina have chosen them all) is that they truly care about each one of us and are willing to do all they can to help each of us be successful. Bev still is willing to answer questions for me and give me advice as I have continued my journey. They are all there for you so make sure to get all you can out of them.
