I went out for a run this morning all pumped up to get over 4 miles in and I didn't eat breakfast because of time, blah blah blah. So, after not even a half mile in I was done. No energy, no stamina, no nothing. I was so mad at myself that I wanted to throw something, cry, or just lay down and throw a tantrum but I didn't have the energy to do that either.
Lesson learned....you need that nutrition for energy just like EVERYONE has been telling us for the past 9 weeks. Nutrition is the key to give you what you need to perform!!
Sorry I am a knucklehead but I get it...I learned the hard way. But on a positive note...I did learn and it will stay with me!! I will go back out today and try my miles again.
