Haha! I figured I'd get tons of people opening the blog with that subject line. :-)
Actually, the way my hips feel today is much like they did when I was pregnant with each one of my kids during my 3rd trimester. This time, my hips are shrinking and not expanding but for whatever reason, they feel the same. Both of these things are huge blessings, but in completely different ways. I'm excited I was pushed harder today because the soreness had worn off for the most part. I was starting to feel a tad comfortable but I'm super happy to be feeling the pain again (I know - I am a sicko). Really cannot believe we are already in our 3rd week! Keep up the great work everyone!!

I think its awesome that you like being sore! Something to remind you of how hard you worked and be proud of!
I was hoping the author of this was Matt. You are right you are going to keep feeling it because they will keep increasing what we are doing as we are ready for it. That is also the philosophy you will need after the program You need to find ways to keep pushing yourself after the program or your body will talk you into going easier and easier on it.
