WELCOME TEAM ORANGE

Welcome and get ready for your life changing journey.  ORANGE you glad you applied for this great opportunity.  Alright that was corny, but you need to get use to anything coming to you over the next 12 weeks.  Don't worry about being asked to do things you can't do yet.  They will take each of you where you are and work from there.  There is no judgement with where you are but just loving concern to help you get better and find out how much you can do.  You are going to be surprised with the improvements that will take place.  You will be doing things you never thought possible.  Remember everyone involved loves and cares about each of you and want only the best.  Take advantage of all the resources and encouragement that will be available to you.

    Even though I can't work out the way all of you do, I can still do my part and I enjoy it. I walk in the pool for a while and then get in the warming pool. I was surprised at how easy my legs walked in there with very little pain. I will be praying for all of you and I hope we all achieve success.
