Thank You
Towards the end of Tuesday's workout, I was really struggling to complete the sideways squat walk. We had just completed walking the length of the basketball court doing this exercise. Then did a different exercise at that end of the court. Then EJ told us to do the sideways squat walk back to the other end of the court. I completed walking half of the basketball court, when my arms and legs began feeling maxed out. All the other contestants had completed walking the full court, while I still had half of the court to complete. I wanted so bad to stop the squat walk and just walk normally to the end of the court. I did not want to keep everyone waiting on me to finish. As I stopped, Becky came over to me, stood face to face with me, encouraging me to keep going. EJ stood to my right telling me, "You can do this". I then said, "Okay ... I can do this. Phil 4:13, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Please Lord help me." They both stood near me every step of the way. I had to stop three times to pause to rest before reaching the end. As I neared my completion, the others clapped and cheered for me. Thank you, Becky and EJ, for standing with me and giving me the extra encouragement I needed at that moment. Thank you Smallest Winners and Alumni for your encouragement and patience with me. You guys are awesome!!!

I am so glad you did not give up. Sometimes it gets hard but we need to push ourselves. Don't worry about it taking you longer than others we are here for each other. Work on doing it right and allowing it to build your body. Keep strong.
