My first BMSW2 blogpost!

So many firsts this week! My first blog post. I am not a "techy" person, so this is a little bit new for me. My first weigh - in, where reality hit me square in the eyes. I knew how much I weighed, but to have a public accounting and documentation was intimidating. A first workout with actual for real trainers. :) I was never involved in sports as a kid, so this was my first time being "coached" by professionals. No more guessing if I'm doing it right. Instant feedback from people who know. Thanks E.J. and Rick The alumni were very helpful with helping me keep form. I'm still learning names since I am one of two spouses working out with the Brotherhood employees, but I know it will come in time. Looking forward to the change.

  1. Tina I work there and have for 16 years and I don't know most of the contestants either and have to learn names, but we will do it. You are going to enjoy this because you are right about how much everyone cares about each person. Remember everyone is there for each other and will do all we can to help each person succeed.

  2. Tina I really enjoyed running with you yesterday. I like how you came with the goal to run the whole mile. You then took that goal and made a plan on how to achieve by controlling your speed. You then and acted according to the plan so that you followed it through and accomplished your goal. That is what will help you be a success not only with this program but in most things in life. Keep up the great work.
