Great First Day

Hey everyone great job this morning.  It was so exciting seeing everyone there ready to work out this morning.  That is what you did.  Everyone was doing their best and it showed.  I believe you were doing better than we did last year and EJ was able to do things with you we didn't do yet because he had the time.  Keep working hard and you are going to be so excited with what you accomplish through this program.

    I'm so glad that it's not as hard as I thought -- but maybe it's because this is only the first workout!? 😀 I'm also glad that I survived. Yeh!!!!

      You did survive. It will get harder but only as EJ & Rick know you are ready for it. The idea is to bring you from where you are to greater places. You did it today and will continue to be able to do it Li-Ming.
